Founder Director and Executive Chairman of SHEHITA, founder and Managing Director of Actuarial and Risk Consulting (T) Limited.

Over twenty-four (24) years of experience working as Consultant in Strategic Planning, Risk Management, and Actuarial Valuation in Insurance and Pensions. Advises Board and Management in Strategic Planning and Risk Management. Advises both trustees and sponsors of employee benefits schemes in the areas of scheme design, funding strategies and valuation, and investment policy statement and strategy. Also advises both life and general (re)insurance companies in the areas of pricing and reserving, reinsurance optimization, and capital management and capital adequacy.

Holds Master of Science Degree in Actuarial Management (MSc ActMgt) and Master of Science in Actuarial Science (MSc ActSci) from City University London; Master of Arts Degree in Economic Policy Management (MA-EPM) from Makerere University Kampala, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Statistics (BA Stat-Hons) from University of Dar es Salaam. Certified Enterprise Risk Manager (CERM) from Asia Risk Management Institute (ARiMI) and National University of Singapore (NUS).

Awadhi Sadi Shemliwa

Awadhi holds Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from University of Dar Es Salaam in Tanzania. He also holds certification in Data Science from DataCamp. He is a web developer, frontend designer and a Junior DataScientist having several projects of his own.

Aisha Shemliwa

Director and Secretary of SHEHITA, and Finance and Administration Executive of Actuarial and Risk Consulting (T) Limited.

Aisha holds Bachelor of Business Administration from University of Dodoma in Tanzania. She is a finance and administration executive at Actuarial and Risk Consulting (T) Limited with three years of accounting and administrative-related issues experience. She is a student member of the National Board of Accountants and Auditors.

Fatuma Adam

With 2 years of experience of working as a consultant in accounting services and tax in value added tax (VAT) returns, payee & sdl returns, annual income tax estimation returns, monthly city service levy, withholding tax(WHT) & stamp duty returns, new company registration (BRELA), business registration(TIN), business license, WCF and NSSF. And cashier in processing and receiving payments, issuing receipts to customers, preparation of payment voucher for different payments.

Holds ordinary diploma in accounting and finance from local Government Training Institute (LGTI) hombolo-Dodoma and intern-ship in Accounting services and Tax from Jmark consultancy and field practical in Accounting services from Tanzania port authority(TPA) and field practical in cashier from yombo vituka hospital.
